Refund policy

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once an order is prepared or dispatched.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Food quality issue (spoiled, spilled, or unsafe to consume)

  • Order not delivered

To raise a complaint:

  • Contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup

  • Share clear images/videos of the issue

  • Order ID is mandatory

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
